REFUND & CREDIT POLICY
Dance Convention
At  Five World, we understand that plans can change. Please review our policy carefully before registering, as all registrations are subject to the terms below.

1. NO REFUNDS
All event registrations, tickets, passes, classes, merchandise purchases, and related fees are final and non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Scheduling conflicts

• Illness or injury

• Travel issues

• Personal reasons

• Weather conditions

• Instructor or lineup changes
   

By completing your registration, you acknowledge and agree that no monetary refunds will be issued.

2. CREDIT OPTIONS
While we do not offer refunds, we may offer credit at our discretion in the following forms:
A. Five the Label Store Credit
Participants may request store credit to be used toward merchandise from Five the Label.

• Store credit is non-transferable and has no cash value.

• Store credit must be used within __________ months of issuance.

• Store credit cannot be redeemed for cash or refunded.

B. Event Credit for Future Convention
Participants may request credit toward registration for the following year’s event.

• Event credit is valid only for the next scheduled convention.

• Event credit is non-transferable and may not be sold or exchanged.

• Event credit must be used within the specified event cycle or it will expire.
   

3. ELIGIBILITY FOR CREDIT
Requests for store credit or event credit must be submitted in writing to info@fivethelabel.com within 1 days of the Event start date.
Approval of credit requests is at the sole discretion of the Event organizer and may require supporting documentation.

4. EVENT MODIFICATIONS OR CANCELLATIONS
We reserve the right to modify, postpone, reschedule, or cancel the Event due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, venue issues, instructor availability, force majeure events, or government restrictions.
In such cases:

• No refunds will be issued.

• Credits may be offered at our discretion.

• We are not responsible for travel, lodging, or other expenses.
   

5. TRANSFERS
Registrations may not be transferred to another individual without prior written approval from the Event organizer.

6. ACCEPTANCE OF POLICY
By registering for the Event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Credit Policy.
